Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Medical and Life Insurance Plan is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for pharmacy consulting services. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive benefit analysis, pharmacy consulting, and PBM plan management and oversight. Services include vendor management, plan design, competitive bidding support, financial modeling, drug formulary management, claims auditing, and reporting. The contract period is from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must be submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS.
