Description
The City of Independence, Missouri, is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced construction management firms to provide comprehensive Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) preconstruction and construction services for a new Municipal Services Operations Center. All questions and proposals must be submitted online via www.publicpurchase.com by the deadlines specified in the RFQ/P schedule. Paper, fax, or email submissions will not be accepted.
