Description
Ocean County College is soliciting a contractor to field verify existing wayfinding sign types, quantities, and dimensions; prepare shop drawings; fabricate new .090-inch aluminum painted panels; and install the panels over existing sign faces throughout the main campus. The lump-sum bid must include installation and be supported by itemized pricing based on the provided signage inventory and approximate dimensions. The contractor must submit shop drawings showing sign messages, layouts, typography, graphic placement, and PMS color matching for approval before fabrication. Existing sign faces will remain in place; surfaces must be cleaned and prepared, and new panels must be secured with appropriate adhesive and painted mechanical fasteners. The contractor must correct installation deficiencies and maintain required New Jersey licenses, registrations, and public-works qualifications. The solicitation requires the bid forms, ownership and statutory certifications, references, and bid pricing sheet at submission; W-9, insurance certificate, and vendor information materials are identified for contract-award or execution purposes rather than as bid-time requirements.
