Description
The City of Phoenix Public Works Department is soliciting an as-needed supply of industrial pipe, miscellaneous fittings, and equipment. Products include HDPE pipe from 1.5 to 24 inches in diameter, PVC pipe from 0.75 to 4 inches in diameter, applicable elbows, couplings, end caps, glue, and hand tools. The contractor must provide products on an as-needed basis, deliver orders within 24 to 48 hours, identify backordered products and alternatives, maintain sufficient local inventory, and support over-the-counter purchases, will-call pickup, and delivery. The contractor must provide a product catalog or price list, a dedicated contract representative, emergency after-hours contact information, product and technical literature for proposed alternatives, and complete equipment installation and training when applicable. Pricing is based on fixed discounts from manufacturers' published price lists or catalogs. The contract is for three years with two one-year extension options, for a potential five-year aggregate term. Required response materials include the electronic offer, pricing proposal, completed vendor questionnaire forms, signed offer and certifications, addenda acknowledgments, three professional references, a partially redacted W-9, and applicable manufacturer catalogs or price lists.
