Description
Flint Community Schools is soliciting lump-sum bids for Bid Release No. 02 for the new Flint High School. The work is divided into multiple bid categories: foundations and pits; anchor bolts and embeds; outdoor athletic equipment; athletic field bleachers; earthwork and utilities; site concrete; asphalt paving; landscaping; fencing and gates; athletic fields; and track surfacing. Bids must be submitted electronically through BuildingConnected by September 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Each bid must include bid security of at least 5% of the total base bid, a sworn and notarized familial-relationship disclosure, and a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance regarding criminal background checks. Bidders must also acknowledge completion or annual update of Clark Construction Company's online prequalification database. Post-bid interviews are scheduled by bid category, with some interviews designated as in-person.
