Description
Kanawha County Board of Education is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms through a qualifications-based selection process for additions and campus improvements at Nitro High School. The scope includes evaluation of existing conditions, architectural and engineering design, preparation of construction documents, permitting coordination, traditional design services, and construction administration. The Statement of Qualifications must address firm information, organizational structure, subconsultants, K-12 design experience, key personnel qualifications, project approach and understanding, quality-control strategies, and project references. Respondents must identify at least three comparable projects, provide reference information and letters, list relevant K-12 work from the past five years, and include resumes for key team members. The SOQ is limited to 20 pages, excluding the cover letter and resumes, with resumes limited to two pages per key team member; one original and five copies are required.
