Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering a single-source procurement with Adaptive Technology Resources, Inc. for its Custom Bed Controllers. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b). Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than June 22, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. CST. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. The Government will not be responsible for paying any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing), and this is considered a Small Business (SB) set-aside.
