Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is soliciting bids for two new or used (less than 1 year old) Parks Flo-Lab Model: 2100 SX-2 Non-invasive Vascular systems. The required systems must include a Gen 2 Doppler with Parks Ultra-Shield Technology, a multiport cuff inflator with 12-port automatic cuff selection, a 24-inch touchscreen monitor, and various sizes of Ez-Clean Vinyl Blood Pressure Cuffs including 6x10 cm, 6x12 cm, 2 digit cuffs, and 2x17 cm contour cuffs. The quoted price must include delivery and shipping. The warranty requirements are as follows: six months on Doppler probes, PPG sensors, and BP cuffs and bladders, and a 24-month mail-back warranty on parts and labor for the remainder of the unit. Any variances from the listed specifications must be clearly outlined and will be reviewed for acceptance by COTC personnel. All questions must be submitted in writing via the Public Purchase website no later than June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Bidders must attach a detailed quote sheet and input dollar amounts on the form. Anticipated delivery dates must be included. COTC is a Sales Tax Exempt Organization, and the award will be made in the form of a COTC Purchase Order. Awarded bidders should review the COTC Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
