Description
The Kansas City VA Medical Center requires brand-name or equal sonic irrigators and accessories. The solicitation specifies two main units: the InnoWave Unity 20 Sonic Irrigator and the InnoWave Pro Sonic Irrigator, along with various accessories. The contractor will be responsible for the delivery, installation, start-up testing, and comprehensive training for approximately 30 VA staff members. The equipment must adhere to industry standards (AAMI/ANSI, OSHA) and possess documented FDA approval. Maintenance and response times are critical, with emergency response required within 4 hours for equipment failures. The contract includes a minimum of a two-year service agreement post-installation.
