Description
Iowa State University is seeking one complete, turnkey in-situ differential electrochemical mass spectrometry system capable of real-time identification and quantification of gaseous and volatile electrochemical reaction products. The requested system includes a quadrupole mass spectrometer with quantitative gas-analysis capability, integrated high-vacuum and differential-pumping systems, membrane-inlet sampling, adjustable probe-type and fast-response DEMS cells, an electrochemical infrared interface, and a gas-diffusion-electrode cell for continuous gas-feed and high-current-density electrocatalysis. The offer must include equipment, freight, installation, training, warranty information, technical support, anticipated delivery lead time, and a detailed itemized quote. Respondents must provide technical data sheets for each offered component, complete the attached lobbying certification when applicable, provide three references, and answer the online technical and commercial attributes. Preventive-maintenance/service-contract information is optional. The minimum warranty period is 12 months from equipment acceptance.
