Description
York University is conducting a formal Request for Supplier Qualifications to augment its qualified supplier roster for laboratory equipment and supplies. Qualified suppliers may become eligible to provide these goods under a master framework agreement and subsequent agreements with participating institutions, with assignment-specific work and pricing requests issued as needed. The agreement term is stated as November 3, 2026, through November 2, 2036. Responses must address experience and qualifications, product availability and product listing, ordering method and reporting, sustainability, added value, and pricing. The buyer-provided Submission Form (Appendix C) and the requested response materials must be submitted in PDF format. Insurance and warranty information are required. Suppliers already qualified through the initial posting do not need to respond, while previously unsuccessful respondents may submit a new response.
