Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis for an ion chromatograph. The primary purchase will be made through a GSA contract, while accessories will be purchased on the open market. Thermo Electron North America LLC is identified as the only authorized distributor in the territory. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quotation, and no RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may submit a concise capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule.
