Description
Uplift Education is soliciting multiple vendors to supply school uniforms for students across its 19 Dallas-Fort Worth-area campuses, with campus-specific styles, colors, branding, materials, sizes, and product mixes. Required products include polo shirts, pants, shorts, skirts/skorts, and branded jackets or outerwear; optional products include Oxford shirts, jumpers, sweaters, PE uniforms, belts and accessories, and staff apparel. Vendors must provide logo embroidery or soft-seal applications, setup and artwork services, samples and color swatches, inventory forecasting, minimum stock commitments, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, customer service, returns and exchanges, and quality control. The program supports both direct family purchases through retail locations or an online ordering portal and school or network purchases through purchase orders. Vendors must support campus-specific branding, provide bilingual customer service, maintain inventory beginning May 31, 2027, and make uniforms available for fitting and purchase by that date. The solicitation anticipates multiple awards, does not guarantee purchase volume, and includes a base term with up to three one-year renewals. Proposals must include an executive summary, qualifications and experience, implementation and performance approach, completed pricing workbook, references, conflict-of-interest disclosures, required certifications, and applicable vendor forms and insurance documentation.
