Description
Toronto Metropolitan University seeks a contractor to produce, mail, and distribute two print issues of its alumni magazine, beginning with the Winter 2027 issue and ending with the Winter 2028 issue. The work includes printing and binding, producing colour proofs and imposed dummies, address processing and mailing to Canadian, U.S., and international recipients, and bundling and shipping internal distribution copies. The magazine issues are approximately 93,000 copies each; specifications include four-colour printing, saddle-stitched binding, and FSC-certified text stock. The agreement term is two years, with three optional one-year renewals. Proposals must include mandatory acknowledgment and privacy materials, company information, comparable-project and relevant-experience submissions, project-team information, social and sustainability practices, and pricing. The solicitation identifies five comparable projects and three detailed case studies as experience submissions.
