Description
The City of University Park is accepting informal quotes for scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled, on-call maintenance at its municipal facilities during fiscal year 2027. Requested trades and systems include plumbing, electrical, HVAC inspection and repair, elevator inspection and repair, roofing, painting and general repairs, pest control, overhead doors, fire suppression systems, computer room air-conditioning units, generators, uninterrupted power supply systems, and ice machines or appliances. Vendors may quote one or more service categories and may submit revised pricing during the fiscal year. The response requires completion of the pricing and vendor questionnaire sections, including applicable hourly, trip, inspection, repair, and preventative-maintenance rates. The questionnaire also requests vendor qualifications, licensing information, three to five references, emergency-service availability, and applicable certifications. Selected vendors must provide insurance evidence before performing work; a bid bond is not required for this solicitation.
