Description
Texas A&M AgriLife Research is soliciting unit-price bids for two FibroScan 430+ systems and associated components, including FibroScan Mini 430+ units, M+ and XL+ VCTE probes, Guided VCTE, and a five-year comprehensive value package. The requested equipment must conform exactly to the specified brands and models. The bid should include descriptive literature or technical specifications, warranty information, estimated delivery time, country of origin, and export-control information where applicable. The purchase also includes initial installation of both systems and training for three users, with the equipment delivered as a complete, operational system. The vendor must provide operational and maintenance manuals at shipping or installation. A completed Texas subcontracting plan is required if the total bid is at least $100,000. Insurance evidence is required before services begin and must meet the attached coverage requirements.
