Description
Delta Diablo is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide regulatory-compliant safety training for District employees. Proposers may address all or any subset of the requested topics, and the District may make a single award or multiple awards. Requested training includes elevated work platforms; First Aid/CPR/AED; fall protection, scaffold, trenching and excavation, work zone/flagger, and rigging/hoisting competent-person training; hazardous waste shipper/oil handler training under SPCC; and 40-hour confined-space rescue training. Estimated class sizes range from 10 to 20 employees, except First Aid/CPR/AED at 12–14 employees. Proposers must identify instructors for each proposed topic, provide relevant certifications, demonstrate comparable organizational training experience, and submit three current references. The response must include a cover letter, executive summary, qualifications, equipment and capabilities, experience, organizational information, proposed training details and class sizes, itemized pricing, instructor certifications, references, and any exceptions to the General Services Contract. The contract term is three years, with two additional one-year renewal options at the District’s option.
