The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is issuing a Request for Response (RFR) to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with multiple qualified vendors to provide health and safety certification and training (Category 1) and environmental and compliance certification and training (Category 2). Category 1 includes training in first aid, CPR, lifeguard certification, water safety, learn to swim, community safety programs, and other safety topics. Category 2 includes training in asbestos-related certifications, lead safety, hazardous waste operations, OSHA construction health and safety, mold remediation, and other environmental compliance topics. Bidders may bid on one or both categories. The contract will have an initial duration of 5 years through January 31, 2032, with no renewal options. The estimated annual value is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The contract will replace DCR-858. Responses must be submitted electronically via COMMBUYS by September 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
