Description
The Utah State Board of Education intends to award a contract without a standard procurement process for Comprehensive School Threat Assessment Guidelines (CSTAG) and Train the Coach (TTC) workshops. The notice is intended to identify other qualified and interested vendors that can provide the same proprietary item or an equivalent or better item, or demonstrate lower transitional costs where applicable. A contesting vendor must submit the authorized representative's name, a detailed explanation of the challenge, supporting documentation showing competing sources, and—where applicable—documentation demonstrating the ability to provide a comparable or equivalent item or a comparison of anticipated transitional costs. The notice is not a request for proposals, invitations for bids, or request for quotes; challenges must be submitted through the designated procurement portal.
