Description
The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program, part of the University of Minnesota, is seeking an individual, consulting firm, or organization to develop and record an online Inspector Level II course and update the existing Inspector Level I course. The contractor must be able to educate adult learners and have extensive experience with year-round highway maintenance work, practices, methods, and specifications. Responses must be submitted electronically through the MBid sourcing system by the hard close deadline. Respondents must answer all mandatory attributes and upload supplemental information as requested. The University may require an oral presentation, site visit, demonstration, or testing during evaluation, and subcontractors require University approval.
