Description
The City of San Antonio Aviation Department is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide and operate a Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center for San Antonio International Airport. The scope includes centralized receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, consumables, and non-food supplies for concessionaires, lounges, airline catering units, and other authorized airport tenants. The opportunity covers warehouse management, warehousing and storage, transportation and freight handling, and courier or delivery services. An optional pre-submittal conference will be held virtually, followed by an optional site visit at the airport. Responses must be submitted through the City's SAePS portal, which requires vendor registration.
