Description
Clay County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional photographers, videographers, production companies, and creative agencies to establish a qualified vendor pool for on-call visual content services. Potential assignments include photography, videography, drone imagery, post-production, and marketing content for events, tourism campaigns, parks, historic sites, community initiatives, economic development, public information, and related county activities. Multiple vendors may be selected, and selection does not guarantee work or compensation. Respondents must provide a completed and initialed RFQ document, executive summary, company qualifications and similar experience, portfolio, key personnel and project-team information, availability and workload, client references, management systems, insurance information, compensation and pricing schedules, applicable licensure, and optional capabilities such as livestreaming, virtual tours, motion graphics, animation, podcast production, captioning, and social media content creation. Deliverables may include marketing-ready horizontal, vertical, and square photography; 4K video; vertical video; reels; short-form clips; website footage; B-roll; highlight videos; and advertising imagery. The initial contract period is three years with two one-year renewals. Final deliverables become County property, and vendors are responsible for obtaining required releases and licenses.
