Description
The project consists of selective demolition and construction improvements to the Center for the Arts' primary public entrance. The scope includes accessible concrete walks, ramps, landings, and steps; architectural site improvements; an aluminum storefront entrance system; and minor electrical work, including exterior lighting and exit signage. Bidders must be licensed general contractors by the State of Tennessee. A 5% bid security must accompany each proposal and be submitted electronically with the bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and material payment bond issued by a bonding company licensed in Tennessee and acceptable to the owner.
