Description
The District seeks an owner’s representative to provide program oversight and project management through planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout for an athletic complex renovation. The project includes replacing a natural grass field with synthetic turf and developing an eight-lane asphalt track, field-event areas, stadium lighting, bleachers, an outbuilding, fencing, and parking and paving upgrades. The estimated project cost is approximately $9 million. Services include budget and schedule management, design coordination, procurement and bid support, construction oversight, regular site visits and reporting, coordination of inspections and testing, and project closeout. The representative will advise the District but may not bind it, approve contracts or expenditures, or direct contractors to perform changed work. Proposals must include a detailed technical response, staffing and qualifications, relevant experience and references, a subcontracting plan, a signed contract, and a separate Excel-formatted price proposal; Attachment A supplies the bid proposal form.
