Description
The Village of Cary, Illinois is soliciting sealed bids for the complete removal and replacement of two booster pump assemblies at Well No. 12, located at 286 Moders Road, Cary, IL 60013. This project includes providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances for the replacement of the pumps, motors, automatic control valves, electrical disconnects, and power connections. The scope of work also encompasses securing permits, site restoration, traffic control, testing, and ensuring the new equipment meets IEPA and Village standards. The new booster pump assemblies must be horizontal, with specific pump and motor manufacturers and specifications required. The work must be completed within 30 days of commencement, specifically during January or February 2027, and all work must be finished before March 1, 2027. Liquidated damages will be enforced for failure to meet completion dates.
