The Village of Horseheads is soliciting sealed bids for the supply, delivery, and installation of a bulk water station. Detailed bid packages can be obtained from Horseheads Village Hall or by contacting the Village Manager's Office. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
