Suffolk County Community College is seeking an as-needed contractor to provide environmental consulting, testing, monitoring, air monitoring, and project management services at its Brentwood, Selden, and Riverhead campuses. Services may include hazardous-materials testing and monitoring; asbestos, lead, mold, legionella, indoor-air-quality, surface, air, and water sampling; laboratory analysis; abatement-plan development; project monitoring; clearance testing; and written reports. The contractor must provide qualified and licensed personnel, including a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Project Manager, and Industrial Hygienist Technician, as well as sampling kits and equipment. The solicitation requires at least five years of relevant business experience, personnel with at least three years of applicable experience, required licenses and certifications, identification of intended laboratories, and submission of licenses, assigned-personnel information, experience documentation, pricing, and references. The agreement covers two years from award with three one-year renewal options. Subcontracting is prohibited unless authorized in writing by the College.
