This Sources Sought Notice is for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or offer an opportunity for award. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is assessing the availability and capabilities of 8(a) small businesses for a potential competitive requirement covering facilities and utilities maintenance at the U.S. Army Military Ocean Terminal Concord. The anticipated scope includes maintenance management; electrical plants and distribution systems; water distribution, wastewater, and stormwater systems; fire protection systems; buildings, structures, and installed equipment; pest management; roads and paved surfaces; pier maintenance; miscellaneous maintenance and repairs, including minor construction. The contractor would provide personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and parts for preventive and demand maintenance orders. The potential acquisition may use a firm-fixed-price structure with either a six- or twelve-month base period, including a one-month phase-in period, followed by four one-year option periods. Respondents may submit capability statements and are encouraged to complete the market survey form; no award will result from this notice.
