Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a potential lease of an outpatient clinic in Western Prince William County, Virginia, within the specified Gainesville/Manassas delineated area. The requirement is approximately 49,097 to 56,461 ABOA square feet, with a maximum of 66,281 rentable square feet, parking for up to 295 vehicles, loading access, and a lease term of up to 20 firm years. Anticipated occupancy is January 2031. Respondents must provide property, site, building, utility, compliance, environmental, transportation, and development information. The potential requirement may involve new construction or adaptation of an existing facility, tenant improvements, and operation and maintenance responsibilities throughout the lease term.
