Description
The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority is seeking a contractor to provide facilities management services for the maintenance and operations of four affordable retail units in Condo Unit #1 at 1175 Cambridge Street, located on the first floor of a mixed-use building. The opportunity is open-market and concerns ongoing property operations and maintenance. The solicitation is open and requests the IFB through the authority's contracting process. An optional site visit is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; questions are due September 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.; and proposals are due September 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
