Description
Cedar Hill Independent School District is soliciting qualified vendors to establish a multi-vendor approved list for maintenance, operations, custodial, facilities supplies, and related services. The solicitation establishes discounts from vendors’ regularly published price lists; no specific purchase, pricing schedule, or detailed scope is requested at this time. The District may request project-specific quotes or services later as needs arise, and multiple vendors may be awarded incrementally. The agreement has a three-year base term with two successive one-year extensions by mutual consent, not to exceed five years total. The District anticipates spending more than $50,000 in these categories over the next 12 months.
