Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is soliciting bids for the design, fabrication, supply, delivery, offloading, and installation of a prefabricated control enclosure for the Jackson Highway Substation. The scope includes the enclosure structure, HVAC, lighting, receptacles, panels, battery charger, alarm and hydrogen detection systems, cable trays, raceways, grounding, fire extinguisher, eyewash station, antenna and security-camera provisions, and associated accessories. The owner will supply the battery set and foundation. The successful bidder must provide field services for unloading, positioning, alignment, leveling, anchoring, connection, weatherproofing, testing, documentation, and final installation. The enclosure must be delivered, placed on the pad, and fully installed no later than October 1, 2027. Required submittals include the completed bid form, applicable bid guarantee, technical and design documentation, sealed structural calculations, electrical and HVAC drawings, manuals, and final drawings. Award will be made to the lowest total-price responsive and responsible bidder.
