Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price, single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year performance period to Sebia Inc. for brand-name supplies used with Hydrasys 2 Scan and Capillarys 3 Octa analyzers. The requirement includes cleaning and wash solutions, protein and immunofixation gels, reagent cups and tubes, stains, controls, and related consumables in specified quantities. The notice states that only one responsible source can satisfy the requirement under FAR 6.302-1 and that this is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. Interested parties must provide compelling evidence that competition would benefit the Government, along with business size and socioeconomic information, UEI, SAM and certification-registration status, and, for non-OEM vendors, an authorization letter from Sebia Inc.
