Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for one Quidel QuickVue at-home over-the-counter COVID-19 test kit, NSN 6550-01-697-6662, part number 20402, under purchase request 7018423674. Each kit contains supplies for two tests by one person, including two swabs, two prefilled tubes, two test strips, and a tube holder; results are available in 10 minutes without additional equipment. The item is FDA-regulated and alternate offers require complete technical data describing both the requested and alternate products, along with the proposed source and part number. The kit must be delivered within 20 days after order, FOB destination. Commercial packaging, medical marking, palletization, traceable shipment, destination inspection and acceptance, and applicable DLA packaging requirements apply. The item has a 15-month, non-extendable Type I shelf-life requirement.
