Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 11 cases of Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 antigen self-test kits, NSN 6550-01-716-1573. The requirement consists of 9 cases under purchase request 7018401896 and 2 cases under purchase request 7018401897, with 12 kits per case and 2 tests per kit. Supplies must have a 12-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than one month elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The kits must be commercially packaged, properly marked under Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and delivered FOB destination using traceable shipment. Alternate products require complete technical data for evaluation. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and requires quotation submission through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
