Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of antiglobulin test reagent for direct and indirect antiglobulin tests. The requested item contains 100 anti-IgG cards in five packs of 20, with six tests per card, and is intended for use with the ID-Micro Typing System. The reagent is for in vitro diagnostic use and must be refrigerated between 2 and 25 degrees Celsius. The item has a nine-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than one month elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The supplier must provide compliant commercial packaging and medical marking, and meet applicable FDA, labeling, registration, good manufacturing practice, domestic sourcing, and technical-data requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
