Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting construction services for approximately 4,000 linear feet of 8-inch water pipe, 5,500 linear feet of 8-inch sewer pipe, 9,000 square yards of pulverization and asphalt overlay, 20,800 square yards of concrete pavement, 30,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, and 33,000 square feet of concrete driveway. The opportunity is an open Invitation for/to Bid (ITB) for a construction/public works project. Required submissions include two bid tables, Addendum No. 1, the Conflict of Interest Statement, Bid Form, Proposal Form, Bid Bond, Vendor Compliance to State Law, Prequalification Statement, Contractor Compliance with Workers' Compensation, Small Business Utilization Form, and applicable Small Business Certificates. The bidder must submit an Intent to Bid by the stated deadline.
