Description
The City of Fort Worth is conducting a Request for Information and sources-sought market research effort for a potential citywide Drone as First Responder program. The City is seeking information on currently available docked or remotely operated unmanned aircraft, command-and-control software, cameras and payloads, communications, detect-and-avoid systems, infrastructure, system integrations, records and evidence management, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory support, training, maintenance, and lifecycle services. Respondents should describe operational performance and coverage, including deployment-site recommendations, aircraft capabilities, response-time feasibility, interoperability with manned and unmanned aircraft, FAA and airspace requirements, integrations with CentralSquare CAD and Axon Evidence.com, data governance, implementation approaches, and phased deployment over approximately three years. Budgetary pricing is requested for planning purposes only and will not form the basis for an award; this notice does not constitute a contract solicitation or commitment to procure.
