Description
The National Park Service is conducting a sources-sought market survey to identify contractors interested and capable of providing elevator and vertical lift inspection services at the First Ladies National Historic Site. The anticipated work includes all required labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the inspections, as well as prime/subcontracting oversight. This is market research, not a request for quotation or a commitment to issue a solicitation. Interested firms are asked to submit organization and contact details, SAM UEI, website, socioeconomic status, and a capabilities statement. A formal solicitation, if issued, will provide specifications and drawings; the anticipated work start is mid-December 2026.
