Description
The contractor will provide engineering and design services, permits, management, labor, materials, equipment, and construction work to reconfigure existing office space. The project includes new private offices and a mechanical room, a kitchenette, furniture, soundproof insulation, and associated mechanical and electrical services and installations. The work also includes decommissioning an existing shallow well, installing a waterline and water softener, reinsulating an existing holding tank, and installing a liquid-level alarm. The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials warranties and for correcting defects or deviations from the approved plans and specifications.
