Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking a contractor to renovate a library at the Administrative Tribunal. The scope includes demolition and masonry, concrete and plaster work, flooring and other finishes, painting, wood and aluminum doors and windows, partitions, ceilings, decorative elements, and signage. The work also includes supplying and installing air-conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary fixtures, radiators, electrical distribution and lighting, data and telephone cabling, surveillance cameras and recording equipment, and fire-detection and fire-extinguishing equipment. The contractor must provide a technical and financial offer, including a detailed priced schedule of works. The stated execution period is 120 days. The solicitation requires relevant company experience and qualifications, evidence of satisfactory completion of at least two projects, a work schedule, and qualifications and CVs for proposed key personnel, including a full-time works supervisor.
