Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate an administration building. The work includes controlled demolition and removal; structural strengthening and concrete work; roof repairs and replacement of roofing materials; façade insulation and finishing; replacement of windows and doors; interior wall, floor, and ceiling finishes; and rehabilitation of stairs and exterior areas. The project also includes plumbing, sanitary, electrical, fire alarm, communications, and heating work, with testing and commissioning of the installations and preparation of as-built documentation. The quotation must include a completed and signed technical and financial offer, completed bill of quantities in Excel and signed scanned PDF, completed and signed materials schedule and Gantt chart, technical data sheets and certificates for offered materials and equipment, company and staffing documentation, and evidence of at least three similar completed projects, including client references and satisfactory-performance statements. The contractor must meet the stated staffing and professional qualification criteria. The works are to be completed within 120 calendar days after site access and notice to commence.
