Description
The City of Phoenix seeks a qualified design-build contractor to provide the labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to design and construct improvements to the Civic Center Natural Area. The scope includes design, engineering, surveying, and permitting; accessible interpretive trails, boardwalks, and wildlife-viewing platforms; wayfinding, interpretive, and educational signage; seating, shade structures, and other site amenities; and required inspections, approvals, site restoration, and cleanup. The contractor must also provide warranties, operation manuals, and as-built documentation and comply with applicable codes, regulations, and accessibility requirements.
