Description
Galena Park Independent School District is establishing a non-exclusive, multi-award pool of qualified vendors to provide as-needed services throughout District schools, administrative buildings, athletic facilities, maintenance facilities, warehouses, transportation facilities, grounds, and other District-owned or operated properties. The scope includes supplemental general labor; grounds and landscape support; interior and exterior painting; pressure and power washing; carpentry and minor repairs; moving and material handling; cleanup and debris removal; skilled trades support; emergency and after-hours support; and related facilities operations services. Vendors may propose for one, multiple, or all service categories. The resulting RFP will operate continuously and awards will be made monthly from the initial award through the closing date. The submission deadline is November 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The solicitation identifies building maintenance, cleaning and janitorial, grounds and landscape maintenance, locksmith, plumbing, roofing, tools, and related equipment and supply categories.
