Description
Dakota County seeks a contractor to provide as-needed welding services for projects and repairs, supplying all required labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor must provide hourly service rates and material markups on the quotation sheet; work may require a written quote and approval before it begins. The two-year contract covers 2027 and 2028. Work may take place in secured facilities and may require background checks and access badges; contractors working in areas with Criminal Justice Information must participate in the Minnesota BCA Vendor Screening Program. Respondents must be registered and authorized to do business in Minnesota. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, business automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and other coverages specified in the insurance terms.
