Description
Dakota County is soliciting single-prime sealed bids to replace uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units at Wescott Library and Robert Trail Library. The base bid includes all work at Wescott Library; Alternate No. 1 adds all work at Robert Trail Library. Bids must be submitted on the supplied bid form. A certified check or acceptable bidder's bond equal to 5% of the total base bid is required with each bid. The successful contractor must furnish Labor and Material Payment and Performance Bonds, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The estimated construction cost is approximately $120,000, and substantial completion is required by March 12, 2027.
