Description
Hennepin County is seeking proposals for a planning study to identify the needs of Franklin Library and develop future-facing facility solutions. Potential solutions may include sustainably repurposing an existing single-story structure or constructing a new facility. The opportunity has two proposal tracks: a library community engagement services qualification package and an architectural firm proposal. The community engagement qualification package is due separately from the architectural proposal, and costs are to be included in the proposal rather than entered as a separate portal line-item price.
