Description
Terra Constructs is soliciting subcontractor proposals for a two-phase renovation of existing restroom facilities at the USPS Chattanooga Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The work includes demolition of existing restroom finishes, fixtures, partitions, accessories, and ceiling components; reconstruction and modification of restroom areas; new plumbing fixtures and shower components; restroom partitions and accessories; wall and floor finishes; ceiling work; painting and coatings; electrical and lighting modifications; signage; and associated patching and restoration. Work will occur within an existing operating facility. Requested subcontractor scopes specifically include metal stud framing, gypsum board, backing and blocking for wall-mounted restroom accessories, suspended acoustical ceiling removal and replacement or modification, and painting and miscellaneous finish work, including surface preparation, primer, finish coats, patching, and touch-up.
