Description
East Texas A&M University seeks statements of qualifications from architectural firms to establish a pool for as-needed services on university-managed construction projects. Services may include conceptual and schematic design, drawings and specifications, code and constructability reviews, cost and schedule analysis, procurement support, construction administration, site reviews and inspections, and project close-out. Individual assignments will be authorized separately, with scope and fees negotiated for each project; inclusion in the pool does not guarantee work. Responses must include a qualification statement addressing the criteria in Section 3.4, a signed Execution of Offer, a signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a VetHUB Participation Plan. The Qualification Statement is limited to 40 pages; the response must be submitted as one PDF. The anticipated agreement term is three years, with up to two one-year renewals. The RFQ also specifies insurance coverage requirements for any resulting agreement.
