Description
The Town of Navassa is soliciting qualifications from a design-build company to design and build a restroom at Phoenix Park. Proposals must include the firm's qualifications, experience, financial proposal, and staffing plan; selection will be based solely on the submitted proposals, although the Town may interview some or all respondents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for September 8, 2026, at Phoenix Park. Only contractors attending the meeting will be eligible to submit a bid. The complete RFQ is available by pickup or email request. Responses require one original and two copies and may be hand delivered or mailed.
